Le pl\u00e2tre est sorti pour combler les vides et niveler la surface. Ce n\u2019est pas le travail le plus glamour, mais c\u2019est la diff\u00e9rence entre un mur qui a l\u2019air <i>pens\u00e9<\/i> et un autre qui chuchote <b>\u00ab\u202fpatch de logement \u00e9tudiant\u202f\u00bb<\/b>.
