Repair of Bathroom Ceiling Light, Fan and Air Duct

In this project, we repair a bathroom fan, air duct, and ceiling light. Probably due to an electrical surge at some point in time, the ventilation fan has fire damage and no longer works. As a bonus for the client, we also install an additional switch so that the light can turn on/off independently from the fan, and visa-versa.
