A large kitchen drawer came off its track that had fallen apart. Fred fixed that and fixed the drawer knob that had been loose for 20 years. Now the drawer works better than it ever has. While he was there, I asked about a door that would not latch shut for at least a decade. Now it works! I feel great peace-of-mind knowing I can call Handyman and Designs.

I came across Fred( Handyman Designs dot com) through a Google search and contacted him to have an A/C installed. He promised that he would come by 10:30 am on 21st June and truly he lived up-to his word. He was at my place at 10:30 am sharp. Very soft spoken.Started his work by fitting the A/C into the wall but realised that the A/C is larger than the wall.He then packed the whole unit himself and then we drove back to Home Depot and swapped for a one that would fit. He fixed the A/C as requested. The outcome was as desired. The whole process should have taken just 1 hour or so but due to my mistake, he spent almost 4 hours fixing the issue without a noise or frustration or complaint about how inconvenient it was etc.,Despite all of the above inconveniences faced, he stuck to the price that we discussed and did not charge me more. I offered extra and he flatly refused. He said "no tips". I am surprised that there are a few people who value their words and Fred is one among them.I would definitely hire him again for any electrical job and recommend him without an iota of doubt.

The price was more than reasonable. The handyman Fred was responsible, polite, and smart in his field. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for repairs. All around good qualities.

I have a 100 year old house. I couldn't find anyone to fix my old windows. Fred was patient, experienced and overall just a good guy. He fixed my windows and saved me alot of headaches.

I contacted Fred about a broken pocket door. He quoted me a price and when I provided more details, he cut the price in half because it sounded like an easy fix. Fred ended up spending more time than he anticipated on the repair but honored the lower price, which was awesome. He was on time, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

Fred was so helpful and patient. He installed an under sink water filter for me, and although it presented some surprises (a lost connector, my fault) he patiently worked out a solution. He explained to me how to check it for leaks and assured me he would come back if needed. Of course, there was no need: rock solid work, with no issues. I would highly recommend this company for any project, and will certainly be calling him again the next time I need help.
