Fred was so helpful and patient. He installed an under sink water filter for me, and although it presented some surprises (a lost connector, my fault) he patiently worked out a solution. He explained to me how to check it for leaks and assured me he would come back if needed. Of course, there was no need: rock solid work, with no issues.
